Private in-home consultations include a first session of up to 90 minutes plus an extensive e-mail summarizing what we have worked on during the session and what will be the next steps. Birgit offers a discount for packages of three and six one hour sessions. Rates vary depending on traveling distance. Please feel free to call for a quote (510-508-2916).
Group class rates in Emeryville and Berkeley include 6 sessions of 1 hour each plus homework material. Please inquire directly at the facilities: Berkeley-East Bay Humane Society or Emeryville Community Services.
Off-leash trail hikes can be scheduled 2-5 times a week. Dogs are walked in groups of 6 or less. Your dog will be introduced to the other well behaved dogs in a safe manner. Birgit will pick up your dog at your residence and take her or him on a trail of the East Bay Regional Park District for which she carries a permit. Small dogs will be transported on the passenger seat in a carrier provided by the client. Birgit checks for ticks and foxtails after each trail walk. The rate for a 60 minute trail hike is $25. Rate discounts are available depending on frequency and distance.
Birgit offers drop in visits for dogs aand cats in the Berkeley/North Oakland area. Visits are at least 30 minutes long. Birgit will provide loving attention to your pet's needs and health. She will walk your dog in the neighborhood, play with your pet and feed according to your instructions. The rate for each visit is $25.
Please make pet care reservations as far in advance as possible. Scheduling is done on a first-come-first-serve-basis. Holidays are an especially busy time for Birgit;s services, so please schedule holiday pet care at your earliest convenience.
